FRIA Generator

Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 requires public bodies, providers of public services, and deployers of certain creditworthiness and insurance systems to complete a Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment before first deployment. This tool walks you through seven form sections, one for each mandatory element of Article 27(1)(a)-(g), and renders a structured draft document you can print, save as PDF, or take to counsel for review. No data is transmitted; the document is generated entirely in your browser.

AI Act Readiness Scorecard

Twenty-five questions across five obligation categories drawn from Articles 9, 13, 14, 26, and 27. Each question is scored 0, 1, or 2 points (No, Partial, Yes). The tool calculates an overall readiness percentage against the 2 August 2026 deadline and produces a per-category breakdown showing where the gaps are largest. The result page includes a printable summary with all answers recorded against the relevant article references. A useful baseline before engaging counsel or beginning a formal operator file programme.

These tools generate editorial templates and self-assessment summaries. They are not legal advice, do not constitute a compliance opinion, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified legal or regulatory counsel. Outputs should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being filed, submitted, or cited in enforcement proceedings. The FRIA Generator template covers the structural requirements of Article 27(1); operators must adapt the content to their specific deployment and jurisdiction.
